I, Vampire is a comic series published by DC and part of the New 52. The series stars Andrew and Mary, ancient and powerful vampires living in the modern era.
Mary kicks off the series by organizing a vampiric uprising to conquer the earth. Andrew, Mary's sire and possibly the oldest vampire on Earth, is absolutely opposed to the idea. Over the series they grow together and back apart, never really bringing themselves to end the aspirations of the other.
As an ancient vampire Mary has a host of vampiric powers, including being able to shapeshift into werewolf and bat forms. She also never really wears any clothing, for whatever reason.
